The all-time list of top 10 most wickets in IPL contains four seam-bowlers & six spin-bowlers. Yuzvendra Chahal gets the first position for the most wickets in IPL while Dwayne Bravo is the second. The next three positions from third to fifth have been occupied by the spin-bowlers – Piyush Chawla, Amit Mishra & Ravichandran Ashwin respectively. The Sri Lankan fast bowler Lasith Malinga makes it sixth in this list. The former Indian off spinner Harbhajan Singh is the tenth for most wickets in IPL, all time.

1) Yuzvendra Chahal, 187
With 187 wickets in 144 innings at an average of 21.68, Yuzvendra Chahal has come first in this list. With seven 4+ wicket hauls, 5/40 are the best bowling figures for Chahal in the IPL while 7.66 is his economy. Chahal has his IPL career started in 2013.

2) Dwayne Bravo, 183
Dwayne Bravo, the former West Indies all-rounder has 183 as the 2nd most wickets in IPL so far. He has done that by bowling in the 158 innings of 161 matches, with a career from 2008 to 2022. The bowling average is – 23.82 & there are 2 four-wicket hauls for Bravo, with a career best bowling of 4/22.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, the go to bowler for Sunrisers Hyderabad at both ends of an innings, has 170 wickets in 160 matches. There are two 5-fers for Bhuvneshwar in this league. He was the Purple Cap Winner for two consecutive seasons – 2016 & 2017. Bhuvi bowls with an economy of 7.39 & an average of 25.85 in the IPL. The best bowling of 5/19 for Bhuvneshwar came against Kings XI Punjab in 2017.
