2017 – Pakistan romp home to a Champions Trophy title, their maiden & coming against their arch-rivals. The India Versus Pakistan Final match was played at The Oval.

Asked to bat first, Pakistan had a mammoth total of 338/4, having Fakhar Zaman the highest scorer with 114 off 106 balls(12 fours, 3 sixes). Bhuvneshwar Kumar was the pick of the Indian bowlers, with 1 for 44 off 10 overs.

India beat Sri Lanka & England beat South Africa, in the semi-finals. The Final(at Birmingham), was reduced to a 20 overs game.
Asked to bat first, India put 129/7 on the scoreboard, having Virat Kohli top scorer with 43(34 balls). Ravi Bopara had the bowling figures of 4-1-20-3.

Australia & New Zealand reached to the Final( at Centurion) of the 2009 trophy, after beating England & Pakistan respectively.
